About Isaac,
Isaac Booth is an attorney with experience in legal research, contract analysis, and emerging issues in business and intellectual property law. He works with clients to evaluate legal risks, clarify complex contractual language, and develop strategies that align with their professional and business goals.
Isaac earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, where he focused his studies on intellectual property and business law. During law school he completed advanced coursework in intellectual property, international IP law, and artificial intelligence and the law, while also serving as a research assistant supporting academic work in business and compliance law.
In addition to his academic work, Isaac has contributed to legal strategy and research at Booth Family Law, drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda and assisting with complex legal analysis. He has also provided contract review and negotiation guidance for healthcare professionals and business clients, helping translate legal language into practical guidance.
Isaac’s practice interests include intellectual property, contract law, business law, and dispute resolution.
