We specialize in supporting CNM and CMs, hospitals, health systems, academic centers and birth centers in a range of needs. We also work with midwifery practices seeking to grow their practice or negotiate conflict that arises in the workplace.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Can Grow Midwives provide legal advice?
No. While contract reviews may include comments and insights from Joseph W. Booth, JD, M.Div., licensed in Kansas and Missouri, neither Grow Midwives nor Mr. Booth provide legal advice or representation. All reviews are educational and advisory only.
What if I just need help with my career (not practice development)?
That’s where our Coaching services come in. We offer one-on-one career coaching, resume review, contract feedback, and strategies for workplace negotiations to help midwives build strong and sustainable careers.
What is the value in having a contract reviewed?
Contract reviews include assessment of key clauses that can having lasting personal and professional consequences including verbiage describing malpractice insurance coverage and tail, excessive non-compete clauses, monetary paybacks, and vague language describing work expectations.
