November news highlights our fall survey soliciting client satisfaction around contract reviews and midwife coaching over the past two years. We are celebrating a Net Promoter Score of 85 from survey responses. Additional key updates discuss OB Coding & Billing proposed changes led by CMS, AMA and ACOG. Arden Schwenker and Ginger Breedlove were engaged in discussions around the new OB CPT codes and definitions. Information about how this process reaches the finish line is shared.
