Starting or Scaling a Midwife Service
Grow Midwives® provides customized services for private practices, FQHCs, hospitals, and academic institutions, with nine years of experience helping to establish midwife services. The team includes seasoned midwifery clinical leaders, a maternal fetal medicine physician/CMO, and a CFO specializing in revenue cycle analysis for midwife-led care.

Developing an Alongside Midwifery Unit
An Alongside Midwifery Unit (AMU) is a dedicated birth setting located within or adjacent to a hospital, designed for healthy women with low-risk pregnancies who want a safe, supportive, and midwife-led environment for childbirth. Unlike obstetric units, AMUs emphasize natural birth practices, personalized care, and minimal intervention while ensuring immediate access to medical facilities if a higher level of care is needed.

Navigating Workplace Conflict
Two GM team members act as facilitators to resolve practice conflicts. Use of pre-meeting surveys followed by in-person meetings objectively assess issues and help all parties find common ground. Our approach prioritizes patient safety by finding pathways to strengthen trusting relationships, focus on patient-centered care, and design consensus-driven metrics that guide continuous quality improvement.
