2023 New Midwives Round Table
Grow Midwives is organizing a second roundtable learning experience – this time for NEW midwives! We are searching for 20 new midwives (<5 years of practice) working in diverse settings and career paths. The aim is to gather in a small conversational format with those willing to share experiences and challenges. The round table will meet one evening per month, over 6 months along with co hosts that are experts on key topics.
Step 1: Application Process
Before you submit your application, make sure you have crafted a short personal interest statement, updated your resume and consider a letter of support* to add to the application. The following documents are required for online application by December 9th, 2022.
*Letter of support is optional.

- Upon notification of invitation, pay fee of $100
Step 2: Submit by December 9th, 2022

Step 3: Notification
Invited participants will be notified by December 23rd, 2022.
Upon email notification, an e-invoice will be included for payment of $100. If payment is not received by December 30th, notification of rescinding the invitation will be sent to open up a slot for others on the waiting list.
Step 4: Participation
It is the expectation that you attend all of the round table discussions, although we understand work and scheduling conflicts happen. Please be willing to share past and current experiences as you begin your midwifery career. The sessions will be held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 730 PM EST starting in January.
